General Policy
PromotersLoop.com's general policy is to act as a provider of url tracking system. PromotersLoop.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Client's access to any or all services provided by PromotersLoop.com when PromotersLoop.com decides that the account has been inappropriately used.
PromotersLoop.com forbids anyone from using our services for tracking any URLs that contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
You must providing true information when
registering, such as a real name or contact information.
No multiple accounts. We consider creating multiple accounts as abuse to our
system. We reserve the right to terminate any suspected multiple accounts
without written notice. All balances and credits left will be confiscated and
non-refundable.
We may use cookies, and our affiliates may. We reserve the right to collect the
information from those sites. As with all your information, it will NOT be sold
rented or leased or given to any entity without your permission. We use your
e-mail address for contacting members within our system. Any use of this private
information by anyone else is strictly prohibited and we WILL take action.
Any one attempting to compromise the safety, security, data integrity, service,
or any other fact of this system will be suspended or terminated and WILL face
possible legal action.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with double accounts will have them removed.
You accept that from time to time we send you a newsletter informing you about
our services or other related items from our Company
Payment Policies
Client agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Client's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. PromotersLoop.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payments are presently set up to be paid via PayPal.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Client unless the cancellation was caused by Clients violation of PromotersLoop.com's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case. Refunds
if approved will be issued to you via PayPal.
Right To Refuse Service
PromotersLoop.com reserves the right to cancel service at any time to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.
We will block any sites which our member
complains of if we deem it to be breaking our rules. . If your site is blocked, Its better to change the url of the
website to another url instead of deleting the site. Deleting the site might
also delete the credits allocated to that site.
We allow ONE pop up per website. Any more then this and your site will be
suspended and you will be notified.
We will NOT allow url rotators, unfortunately we can not track every web page
that is on a rotator so it can be near impossible to detect problem sites.
Sites that either stall the rotation so members can not earn credits, Frame
breakers etc.
Sites that try to install, without permission, a Dialer, are put, without
warning, on the Blacklist and permanently blocked from our service.
No hacker sites are permitted.
We do not allow sites that break frames. We will caution you about this
first and if it is not corrected the offending email address and website will be
placed on our Blacklist
Lawful Purpose
Clients that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PromotersLoop.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Client is responsible for all use of their Client's account(s) and confidentially of password(s). PromotersLoop.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
PromotersLoop.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. PromotersLoop.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. PromotersLoop.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Client understands that PromotersLoop.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Client understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Client will be notified in advance via e-mail. PromotersLoop.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
